Shipping Policy

To make the process of your order, we provide flat Shipping & Handling fees for all purchases regardless of whether placed on the internet, on the telephone or by mail/fax.

Return

Returns: If you're not totally satisfied with any of our products, just return it for a refund of the purchase price. For a full refund, all containers need to be returned whether they are opened or not. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, or for products returned after 60 days. A copy of the invoice must be included with a return as well. You have 60 days after receiving your products to decide. This is an unconditional, no-questions-asked policy. (We will need the IBAN number and SWIFT code or BIC of your bank account, if you paid cash on delivery, if you used your card, we will refund the money onto your card ) Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds. When returning items, please use UPS tracking or Insured Mail to ensure proper delivery of your return.

Privacy Policy

No selling, renting or exposing your personal details

At DrNatura Europe we safeguard your privacy as if it was our own. We NEVER sell, trade, rent, or even reveal your personal details to anyone else. Contact information from all forms (including name, address, email address, payment info, etc.) is used to process and deliver purchases as well as mailing information about our company to our customers. At absolutely no time will we reveal any of this information at any other individual or company. Any kind of financial information our clients submit, such as credit card number and expiration date, is used simply to charge the customer for goods and services that they have purchased.

No Spam

We don't use, neither do we condone the use of unsolicited mass email. We email our customers their order confirmations, and occasionally let them know about our special offers. In the event that you don't wish to receive any email from us please let us know.
