The process of detoxifying the entire body involves the following four essential steps:

Step #1:
Cleansing the Colon with the Colonix Program

Without cleansing the colon of accumulated toxic build-up, nutrients and supplements needed for the detoxification process cannot be absorbed properly.

Step #2:
Replenishing Friendly Bacteria with Flora Protect Probiotics

The bacteria found in the colon can be grouped into two categories: “Friendly” or “unfriendly”. Unfriendly bacteria (as well as Candida albicans), produce toxic by-products that contribute to long-term illness and chronic degeneration of the body. Friendly bacteria (also known as probiotics) favorably alter the intestinal flora balance, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, promote good digestion, boost the immune system, and increase resistance to infection. People with flourishing intestinal colonies of beneficial bacteria are better equipped to fight the growth of disease-causing bacteria.

Several amino acids are essential in the detoxification process, such as L-Methionine, L-Cysteine and L-Glutathione. I have always been extremely overweight, then in 1998 I had the Roux-N-Y gastric bypass surgery. I lost 260 pounds, but due to this I have had some digestive issues (of course). "Here's my 2 week update: I have thrown away my other fiber supplement since I started this program. Every morning like clockwork I have a major movement...what a nice way to start the day. And then I usually have anywhere from 1-2 more movements a day. I was amazed, and at the same time relieved that that was out of me. So I am sure that the next couple of weeks I will start to see some other yucky things...
